Our 2025 Harvest has started!

We've started our harvest with a small batch on the 31st of January and it's been full steam ahead from this week bringing in batches of Shiraz and will harvest Chardonnay in the next couple of weeks!

It's a healthy vintage and the weather played it's part with a couple of hot weeks in January that helped grapes through veraison, building up the sugars and ripening evenly.
